BOB KIMBALL is a graduate of Towson University with a Mass Communications degree. He has been a REALTOR® for over 13 years and has been a Top Producer for the last ten. Bob was awarded the 2006 Distinguished Sales Associate of the Year by the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® (GBBR) and nominated in 2007 for REALTOR® of the Year. He is a professional trainer/educator, business coach and motivational speaker in addition to his successful real estate practice. He has been a speaker at the MAR Rookie REALTOR Society and is one of the highest evaluated GRI instructors in the state where he is known for his enthusiastic, entertaining and deeply educational classes.
Bob is an active member of many real estate organizations including: 2008 Treasurer and Board member of the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS, Chairman of 2007-2008 GBBR Communications Committee and Professional Standards Committee, 2007 MAR Chairman for the Rookie Society and 2008 Chairman for the REALTOR Institute. Bob is a member of the Real Estate Educators of America. He is also a past president of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association in Baltimore. He is married to his wife, Carol for 28 years and they have two adult children (Christi and Michael).
